I worked with Kiwiherb for a year as their Digital Marketing Specialist. This included all digital marketing activities, like social media, EDMs, digital advertising and website audits and improvements. Not only the physical doing, but a lot of strategy and planning too. I also undertook a huge range of copywriting tasks, becoming the company’s ‘go-to’ regarding the natural health regulatory space in both NZ and AU. The focus was on building the brand and creating a community, rather than boosting sales. Key skills included planning, coordination and strategy; copywriting; social media; EDMs; website management; reporting and analysis; briefing and managing others, including graphic designers and copywriters.
