Organic Edible Gardens (OEG) was my first client I got from the unicorn factory. Over the 2020 lockdowns they approached me to rebuild their exisiting Wordpress site to a more modern feel, while also updating things like their current storefront, hosting and email providers.
Working with a designer we were able to create the site that they envisioned, while also making areas like the admin area easier for them to manage.
The site uses Wordpress as a base and Elementor as a page builder. There is also some custom code added in for some of the more complicated parts they wanted. For a storefront it uses WooCommerce, which is an easy wordpress plugin which allows them to manage all their inventory and sales themselves. Things like payment processing are also built in with WooCommerce and uses Stripe as their payment gateway.
I continue to do ongoing work with OEG which involves any bugs or issues that arise, maintance of the site and hosting providers, as well as any new additions which they ask for.
