Duck Limited

Duck is an eclectic retail store run by it's passionate owner for the last 15 years. The owner had attempted to build an online presence with other web designers and agencies and had found the experience difficult. Desperate for a website that she could take ownership of she reached out to me.

The clients past experiences made designing the website in a way that empowered her incredibly important. My approach was to keep the navigation simple and the messaging clear. Our communication was open and frequent, this allowed us to build a lovely trusting relationship and as a result a lovely website.
