Designing marketing material for Habitus Group

Marketing Collateral Designer | Habitus Group (Freelance)
Habitus Group is a boutique, family-owned residential development company based in Christchurch, known for delivering thoughtfully designed, affordable, and energy-efficient homes to the New Zealand property market.
I was engaged as a freelance designer to create a suite of marketing collateral that would support the company’s growing presence and communicate the unique value of their developments to prospective buyers. My role included the design of corporate stationery — such as business cards and letterheads — as well as a series of high-impact print brochures tailored to specific housing projects, both current and upcoming.
The brochures were a key part of their community outreach strategy, distributed locally to drive interest in open home events and showcase Habitus Group’s innovative approach to residential development. Each piece was designed to reflect the company’s core values: fresh thinking, quality craftsmanship, and a people-first philosophy.
